Phones are answered between 8:30am and 11:30am, then again from 1:15pm to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday.
On Fridays, phones are answered from 8:30am to 11:30am.
If you require a prescription renewal
Please contact your pharmacy to initiate a renewal. Bloodwork and an office visit may be required prior to dispensing certain medications that require close monitoring.
Mental Health Crisis line
Crisis intervention service is available 24/7 via a telephone support service provided by Canadian Mental Health Association Simcoe County Branch. You can read more on the Community Mental Health website
ontario telehealth
Telehealth Ontario is a free, confidential service you can call to get health advice or information. A Registered Nurse will take your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Email advice is not available. Read more on the Ontario Telehealth website
Need a family physician?
At the current time, the physicians in the Lakeview group are not accepting new patients. Our physicians take on new patients from time to time and we take patients who are currently on the Algonquin Family Health Teams “Need a Doctor?” website. Please visit their website to register
